At Triple R Ranch we offer all buyers, at their own expense, the right to have a pre- purchase vet exam on all horses we sell. The pre-purchase vet exam must be done before you take possession of the horse. If you want to haul the horse to your own vet you my do so, however, we will not take a return on the horse as you have taken possession of the horse before the pre- purchase vet exam . If you need we can transport the horse to your vet for you. We charge $1.00 per mile to your vets office. Transport charge must be paid in cash before we will transport the horse. You may call Bull Creek Veterinary Service at 269-948-2222 Located in Hasting Mi. 3700 N m-37 highway and set up a pre- purchase vet exam. We will transport the horse to Bull Creek Veterinary Service at no charge.
Once you take possession of the horse, you are reasonable for the horse 100%. On horse that are sold and waiting to be picked up by trucking or the customers. Triple R Ranch will do it best to take care of the horse as if it is there own, however, should any problems arise Triple R Ranch cannot be held reasonable. If you are new to horses, we recommend that you have a certified trainer work with you and the horse. It is also agreed that exclusive venue of all auctions between buyer/seller shall be in Barry County, Michigan.
We have two buyers agreements:
1. The horse is sold as is no implied guarantees or warranty and all sales are Final.
I believe this is clear enough, the horse is yours no matter what the reason.
2. The horse is sold with a week trial period.
If the horse is taken on a week trial period the horse must be stabled at a licensed boarding facility so that we know it is properly handled at all times. Also all horse going out with a trail period must have a pre-purchase vet exam so that there is no question it was sound when it is sold. If the horse should turn out to be a bucker, kicker or rear'er it may be returned for a full refund. However, the horse must be returned in the same condition it left us. The horse cannot be returned due to missed handling - resulting in vices it did not have or physical problems resulting from buyers possession. Triple R Ranch may refuse returns on any horse and reasons for refusal may be given in writing upon request.
